The Todd Frazier Special Needs Baseball League is open to anyone, of any ability, aged 5 and older. You do not need to be a Toms River resident or a member of the Field of Dreams to participate in this program.
Practices will be on Thursday nights from 6-7pm, from Oct. 6 to Nov. 3.
Games will be on Saturday nights from 6-7pm, from Oct. 8 to Nov. 5.
