Justin Bosak, Chairman

Justin has lived at the Jersey Shore his entire life and has been in real estate full time since 2003. He has 4 children and is married to his wonderful wife Giovanna. Justin became involved with the Field of Dreams when he realized his son Julio, who was 3 at the time was and has autism, was having issues utilizing the local playgrounds.  After hearing Christian Kane’s story, he wanted to help out with fundraising. His awesome business partners agreed to sponsor the Ballfield and 2 of his good friends also took sponsorships and Justin was asked to help out by joining the board. In addition to being the Chairman of the Board, Justin is on the board for Special Education Parents Advisory Group for Toms River Schools and is on the Building Committee for New Beginnings Christian Church.

Justin served as Vice-Chairman for the Board of Directors from 2017-2022.

Carl was born and raised in Toms River, a graduate of Donovan Catholic High School. He took over Carl’s Fencing from his father in 2018. Carl’s Fencing is a family owned and operated business with over 20 years experience.

Community Program Coordinator, Children’s Specialized Hospital/Program Director, RWJBarnabas Health Field of Dreams

Liz has worked at Children’s Specialized Hospital for the last four years, starting as a Community Recreational Therapist, and then moving into the Community Program Coordinator role in January of 2022. Liz loves to be outside, she loves animals, and also loves listening to music.

Liz has been the Secretary for the Board of Directors since 2023.

David Manzo, Treasurer

Dave is a graduate of Donovan Catholic High School and Franklin and Marshall College, where he was a 4-year member of their nationally-ranked basketball team. Dave currently resides in Manasquan, NJ with his wife and 2 children.

Dave has been the treasurer for the Board of Directors since 2017.

A native of Ocean County, Michael graduated from Toms River High School South and remains active within the community, serving as a member or board member of several local and regional chambers of commerce, professional associations, health care and educational organizations and facilities, youth groups and charities.

Michael has been the legal advisor for the Board of Directors since 2017.

Jillian Messina, Board Member

Public Relations Specialist, Toms River Police Department

A life long Toms River resident, she resides in her hometown with her husband Michael and their three children. Jillian is also the acting secretary and treasure of the Toms River Police Foundation.

Jillian served as Secretary for the Board of Directors from 2017-2022.

John is very active in his community, serving as a board member for the following organizations: Harbor House, Ocean Mental Health Services, and Central Ocean Rotary Club.

Michael Ritacco, Board Member

Michael P. Ritacco joined UBS Financial Services in October 2013. Mike works with families, foundations & businesses establishing strategies that grow, protect, and distribute wealth in the most tax efficient manner. Drawing on his experience and global resources, Mike develops personalized solutions to address the complex needs of his clients. Michael resides in Point Pleasant, NJ with his three children Grace, Michael and Lily.  He is an active supporter of community programs in Ocean and Monmouth counties.

Frank Roselli, Board Member

Retired Superintendent of Toms River Regional School District

Frank ended a 40-year career in education in 2013, the last 32 of which were spent in Toms River. He officially retired on June 30th, 2013 from his position as Superintendent of Schools in Toms River. He is also the acting Vice President of the Toms River Police Foundation. Frank and his wife still reside in Toms River and enjoy playing tennis as well as trips to Florida.

Frank has been a board member since 2017.

Donna Belbey, Board Member

Co-Owner of multiple McDonald’s franchises in Toms River

Donna and her husband, Kevin, are proud owners of three McDonald’s restaurants in Toms River. Their dedication and support to the community of Toms River has been endless with support to the Toms River police Department, Toms River Regional School District as well as countless other non-profit organizations. Donna and Kevin have three sons: Kevin, Ryan, and Shaun.

Donna has been a board member since 2017.

Gary Morrison, Board Member

Gary heads up Urner Barry Analytics and has spoken at numerous industry events and meetings to provide insight into the complex trading environment. He received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University School of Business and his master’s in business administration from Georgian Court. Gary is also co-owner of Battle River Brewing Co. in downtown Toms River.

Megan Granozio, Board Member

Marketing & Public Relations Director, Children’s Specialized Hospital

Megan has served as the Marketing and Public Relations Director at Children’s Specialized Hospital since 2018. Prior to this role, she held the position of Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ and Development Coordinator at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. She is passionate about healthcare communications, specifically pediatrics and elevating the voices of those with special healthcare needs. As a life-long Jersey Shore resident, Megan is thrilled to join the RWJBarnabas Health Field of Dreams and help ensure the surrounding community knows about the great work being done by this team. Megan resides in Brielle, NJ with her husband, Andy, and their Goldendoodle, Scout.

Kelly Keefe Marcoux, PhD, CPNP-AC, PPCNP-BC, CCRN-K, Board Member

Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, Children’s Specialized Hospital

Dr. Keefe Marcoux received her BSN from Johns Hopkins University, an MSN from University of Pennsylvania, and a PhD in Nursing from Seton Hall University. Her dissertation focused on parent’s perception of patient and family-centered care in the critical care environment and how the provision of this care influences parental stress.  Her expertise comes from over 30 years of experience in pediatric acute care, beginning as the first Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner in the tristate area, and evolving into quality improvement, academia, and hospital leadership roles throughout her tenure.

Kelly has been a board member since 2023.

Sarah Stetsko, Board Member

Director of Operations, Community Medical Center

Sarah is responsible for the planning, design and overall management of high-level projects throughout the organization. Her most recent project was the development and execution of the RWJBarnabas Heath Outpatient three-story medical building for Community Medical Center and Children’s Specialized Hospital, on Route 37 in Toms River. She is on the Executive Leadership Team for Community Medical Center’s Master Facility Plan, which is an extensive expansion project of the hospital’s campus. Sarah earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. She resides in Toms River, with her husband and two children, Theodore and Amelia.

Patricia High, MHS, CIC, MCHES, Lic. HO,  Board Member

Assistant Public Health Coordinator, Ocean County Health Department

Patricia earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences from James Madison University, and a Master of Health Sciences in Global Disease Epidemiology and Control from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing public health programs at the national and local levels in the areas of epidemiology, infectious disease, health education and chronic disease. She focuses predominantly on efforts to improve the delivery of public health and clinical programs in diverse communities. In addition to being a board member for the Field of Dreams, Patricia also serves on the board for the New Jersey WIC Advisory Council and the New Jersey Preventative Health Advisory Committee.

Patricia has been a board member since 2023.

Jess Sinkhorn,  Board Member

Garden Education Coordinator, Fulfill

Jess has served as Garden Education Coordinator at Fulfill, formerly the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, since 2016.  He began his agricultural career in 2010 and now considers his priorities garden-based education and cutting down on food waste. In his role as Garden Education Coordinator he uses his previous experiences on large and small scale vegetable farms to educate neighbors in need how to grow their own produce.  Jess lives in Brick, NJ with his wife, son, and dog.

Caitlyn Foelsch, CTRS, MHA, CHM, CPST,  Board Member

Manager Community Programs, Safe Kids Union County Coalition Leader, Children’s Specialized Hospital

Caitlyn has worked at Children’s Specialized Hospital as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist since 2011. After seven years working in the inpatient rehabilitation unit, Caitlyn transitioned to Manager of Community Programs in 2018 hoping to impact and serve more children and families throughout New Jersey. She received her Master’s in Health Administration and BA in Recreation Administration-Therapeutic Recreation from Kean University. Caitlyn is passionate about the field of Recreational Therapy and truly believes play, fun and learning are essential throughout the life span. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, swimming, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Mary Killian Conover,  Board Member

Mary brings over 20 years’ experience in the institutional investing industry to her role as Financial Advisor where she aims to more directly help clients achieve success in their financial future through thoughtful planning, strategizing and investing based on the unique circumstance of each client. Mary helps individuals, families and business owners in a variety of ways including insurance solutions, retirement strategies, college funding, investment strategies, financial planning and more. Mary resides in Pine Beach, NJ with her husband, David. She is a passionate Rutgers sports fan, holding season tickets for both Rutgers football and men’s basketball. Mary and her husband also enjoy traveling, hiking, visiting wineries, the beach and entertaining and spending time with friends and family. She has been a long-time supporter of various foundations including the RWJBH Field of Dreams, Eric LeGrand’s Team LeGrand through the Christopher Reeve Foundation, the PinkSOCS Foundation and Oceans of Love.
