Who is eligible for membership?

  • Membership is for special needs individuals and their families ONLY.
    • If you are a special needs group or organization, please contact us via this contact form to schedule dates and times to visit.
  • Anyone of any age who has an IEP, a diagnosis by a doctor, or is receiving services is eligible.
  • Membership is FREE!!

How do I become a member?

  1. Click here to fill out the Member Registration form
    1. This form can also be filled out in person at the complex, but the process is much quicker if it is done before your first visit.
  2. Once you have submitted the above form, please visit the complex with any documentation certifying your or your loved one’s diagnosis or special needs.
    1. Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to: an IEP, a doctor’s note, proof of therapy/services received, genetic testing documentation, etc.
  3. Once a staff member verifies your documentation, you will be given a digital key that allows you to visit anytime during our open hours.

Complex Rules

To ensure the RWJBH Field of Dreams will be maintained and utilized for years to come, the TRFOD asks that you comply with the following rules:

  1. Members will be able to utilize the complex from 9am to dusk, Monday-Saturday from April to November.
  2. The TRFOD holds the right to close the complex during these times for the following reasons: weather, construction, repair, private events, and organized partnerships with school districts and special needs organizations.

    2. Follow us on social media for updates on emergency closures and other important updates.

  3. The complex is equipped with facial recognition and video cameras.
  4. The TRFOD reserves the right to revoke any private membership for the following:
    1. Vandalism
    2. Inappropriate behavior
    3. Entering during non-membership hours
    4. Allowing more than the number of people designated in your family mentioned in the above paperwork.
    5. Behavior that is not appropriate or kind to any other person.
  5. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES.
