How do I become a member?
- Click here to fill out the Member Registration form
- This form can also be filled out in person at the complex, but the process is much quicker if it is done before your first visit.
- Once you have submitted the above form, please visit the complex with any form of documentation certifying you or your loved one’s special need.
- This can be an IEP, doctor’s note, proof of therapy/services received, genetic testing documentation, etc.
- Once a staff member verifies your documentation, you will be given access to a digital key that will allow you to visit anytime during our open hours.
Who is eligible for membership?
- Membership is for special needs individuals and their families ONLY.
- If you are a special needs group or organization, please contact us via this contact form to schedule dates and times to visit.
- Anyone of any age that has an IEP, diagnosis by a doctor, or is receiving services is eligible.
- Membership is FREE!!
Complex Rules
In order to ensure this complex will be maintained and utilized for years to come, the TRFOD asks for you to comply with the following:
- Members will be able to utilize the complex from 9am to dusk, Monday-Saturday from April 22nd to November 29th.
- The TRFOD holds the right to close the complex during these times for the following reasons: weather, construction, repair, private events, and organized partnerships with school districts and special needs organizations.
- The complex is equipped with facial recognition and video cameras.
- The TRFOD reserves the right to revoke any private membership for the following:
- Vandalism
- Inappropriate behavior
- Entering during non-membership hours
- Allowing more than the amount of people designated in your family mentioned in the above paperwork.
- Behavior that is not appropriate or kind to any other person.
