Meet the Staff

Brielle Mowad
Program Coordinator
Brielle assists in planning and running events and fundraisers, manages all online and social media platforms, and coordinates the volunteer and adult work programs. She loves to read, hang out with her dog, Bodhi, go to concerts, and, most of all, she loves her family. Brielle is the oldest sister of Gavin Kane and the oldest daughter of Christian and Mary Kane. She graduated from Kean University in 2023 with a BA in Forensic Psychology, but plans to continue her career by providing fun and recreation for individuals with special needs of all ages and abilities.

Elizabeth Trembley
Community Program Coordinator
Liz has worked at Children’s Specialized Hospital since 2019, starting as a Community Recreational Therapist, and then moving into the Community Program Coordinator role in January of 2022. Liz loves being outside, loves animals, and loves listening to music.

Jillian Kane
Assistant Site Coordinator
Jill is a sophomore at Ocean County College majoring in Business Administration. She is the second oldest sister to Gavin Kane, and second oldest daughter to Christian and Mary Kane.

Hailey Mowad
Assistant Site Coordinator
Hailey is currently a student at Brookdale Community College pursuing an English degree, but she enjoys working at The Field of Dreams each Saturday over her summer. She is the third oldest sibling of Gavin’s, Jill and Brielle’s younger sister and the third oldest of Christian and Mary’s.

Michaela Cicenia
Assistant Site Coordinator
Michaela graduated from Kean University in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Psychology, along with a Special Education teaching certification. She has spent most of her life working with children and young adults, serving as a theater camp counselor, teaching special education dance classes, and coaching youth and high school programs. Michaela began her involvement with Field of Dreams by volunteering as the cheerleading coach for the Hawks Football and Cheer program. She has always had a passion for serving her community- especially its youth- and is grateful to have turned that passion into a career.

Amanda Barr
Assistant Site Coordinator
Amanda is a sophomore at Ramapo College of New Jersey and a student-athlete on the Ramapo Women’s Soccer team. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and will continue to a master’s in Special Education through Ramapo’s 4+1 program.
In the summer of 2025, Amanda taught soccer skills at the Special Olympics Camp Shriver, hosted at the RWJBH Field of Dreams. During the four-day camp, she designed and led her own creative soccer activities, leading three 45-minute sessions. Much of her past volunteer work has focused on mentoring and guiding individuals with special needs, which is why she is proud to join the Field of Dreams as a staff member.
Amanda is excited to continue on this path because supporting children, particularly those with special needs and disabilities, is very meaningful to her, as she loves to make an impact on children’s and families’ lives.

Jamie Crewe
Assistant Site Coordinator
Jamie became involved with the Field of Dreams first as a volunteer in 2022, and then was hired as a staff member in 2023. She is currently a student at Ocean County College and plans to transfer to Kean University to pursue a degree in education.

Steve & Lindsey Geiger
Assistant Site Coordinators, Hawks Athletics Football and Cheer Head Coaches
Steve is a retired United States Marine and an avid fan of sports, especially football! When he’s not on the field, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. Coach Steve has been coaching since 2021 and has a long list of coaching certifications, including Special Olympics.
Lindsey is an ABA therapist and also enjoys spending time with her family. She has been coaching cheerleading on and off for 7+ years and was a cheerleader herself. Lindsey has been certified as a Special Olympics coach and loves to spend her free time at the beach.
Steve and Lindsey have three daughters who have inspired them to pursue coaching. Together, they have a strong passion for helping the special needs community recognize their athletic strengths and full potential. They love seeing athletes achieve their goals on and off the field.
