Children’s Specialized Hospital’s Activity Connection provides a monthly drop-off social & recreation program for teens and young adults ages 13-21 with special healthcare needs & diverse abilities. Our Recreational Therapists and community recreation staff & volunteers provide structured & unstructured social and leisure activities each month. Siblings and friends without special needs are welcome to join. Teens can expect to meet and get to know their peers, engage in group activities, and learn new games & skills!
Survey says…its time for Game Show Teen Night! Teens will work together to play classic game shows such as Family Feud, Jeopardy and more! Please note this is a drop-off program, and Activity Connection Annual Forms are required at registration.
