Cheerleading at the Field of Dreams runs from August to October. Participants will attend practices before the season starts to learn cheers, movements, and even some small stunting! Once the games start in September, cheerleaders will only attend the games on Monday evenings, with no additional practices. Throughout the program, participants will also work on social skills such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and communication. Participants will put these skills to work in 7-8 games against members of the community, including the Toms River Police Department and local high schools.

Cheerleading is open to participants of all abilities, ages 5 and older.

Cheerleading runs once a year on Monday and Wednesday evenings in August, and then Monday evenings in September and October. Practices begin in mid-August, and games begin in early September.

Registration for the 2026 season will open on May 1, 2026. The registration link will be added to this webpage once it is open.
