Meet the Staff

Brielle Mowad
Community Program Coordinator
Brielle has been part of the Field of Dreams since its inception in 2017, helping to fundraise and raise awareness. She joined the staff as a Site Coordinator when the park opened in 2022, and in 2025, she joined the Activity Connection team at Children’s Specialized Hospital. As a Community Program Coordinator with CSH, she handles all things Field of Dreams!
When Brielle isn’t at the Field of Dreams, she loves to spend time with her dog, read books, listen to music, and spend time with her family and friends. The Field of Dreams is a really special place for her because her baby brother, Gavin, was the inspiration for it all!

Elizabeth Trembley
Community Program Coordinator
Liz has worked at Children’s Specialized Hospital since 2019, starting as a Community Recreational Therapist, and then moving into the Community Program Coordinator role in January of 2022. Liz loves being outside, loves animals, and loves listening to music.

Jillian Kane
Assistant Site Coordinator & Marketing Intern
Jill creates content for all of our social media platforms and assists with various events, sports, and fundraisers. She loves to go to concerts, read, and spend time with friends and family. Jill is the second-oldest sister to Gavin Kane and the second-oldest daughter to Christian and Mary Kane. As of May 2026, she will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kean University and is looking forward to creating engaging content and connecting with members!

Hailey Mowad

Hailey is currently a student at Brookdale Community College pursuing an English degree, but she enjoys working at The Field of Dreams each Saturday over her summer. She is the third oldest sibling of Gavin’s, Jill and Brielle’s younger sister and the third oldest of Christian and Mary’s.

Michaela Cicenia
Assistant Site Coordinator
Michaela graduated from Kean University in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Psychology, along with a Special Education teaching certification. She has spent most of her life working with children and young adults, serving as a theater camp counselor, teaching special education dance classes, and coaching youth and high school programs. Michaela began her involvement with Field of Dreams by volunteering as the cheerleading coach for the Hawks Football and Cheer program. She has always had a passion for serving her community- especially its youth- and is grateful to have turned that passion into a career.

Amanda Barr
Assistant Site Coordinator
Amanda is a sophomore at Ramapo College of New Jersey and a student-athlete on the Ramapo Women’s Soccer team. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and will continue to a master’s in Special Education through Ramapo’s 4+1 program.
In the summer of 2025, Amanda taught soccer skills at the Special Olympics Camp Shriver, hosted at the RWJBH Field of Dreams. During the four-day camp, she designed and led her own creative soccer activities, leading three 45-minute sessions. Much of her past volunteer work has focused on mentoring and guiding individuals with special needs, which is why she is proud to join the Field of Dreams as a staff member.
Amanda is excited to continue on this path because supporting children, particularly those with special needs and disabilities, is very meaningful to her, as she loves to make an impact on children’s and families’ lives.

Jamie Crewe
Assistant Site Coordinator
Jamie became involved with the Field of Dreams first as a volunteer in 2022, and then was hired as a staff member in 2023. She is currently a student at Ocean County College and plans to transfer to Kean University to pursue a degree in education.
