DESCRIPTION:Click here to register!\nChildren’s Specialized Hospital’s Activity Connection provides a monthly drop-off social & recreation program for teens and young adults ages 13-21 with special healthcare needs & diverse abilities. Our Recreational Therapists\, community recreation staff & volunteers provide structured & unstructured social and leisure activities to promote peer interaction and fun! Siblings and friends of all abilities are welcome to join. Teens can expect to meet and get to know their peers\, engage in group activities\, and learn new games & skills! Please note this is a drop-off program\, and the annual Activity Connection Forms must be completed during registration if not done so already. \nThis Month!\nTeen Night allows teens and young adults to spend time with peers\, get to know one another\, and enjoy a fun Friday night. June’s Teen Night will be Summer Splash Art!
