SUMMARY:Hawks Athletics June Kickball League
DESCRIPTION:The Hawks Athletics Kickball “kicks off” at the Field of Dreams the first week of June! The league is designed to introduce athletes to the game of kickball in a non-competitive and fun environment. Players will participate in a short warm-up and then play a few innings! We ask that all athletes wear appropriate footwear and athletic clothing\, and bring a water bottle. \nThe June league runs Monday nights from June 3 to June 24. Our Recreational Therapists\, community recreation staff & volunteers provide structured & unstructured social and leisure activities to promote peer interaction and fun! Siblings and friends of all abilities are welcome to join. Teens can expect to meet and get to know their peers\, engage in group activities\, and learn new games & skills! Please note this is a drop-off program\, and the annual Activity Connection Forms must be completed during registration if not done so already. \nThis Month!\nTeen Night allows teens and young adults to spend time with peers\, get to know one another\, and enjoy a fun Friday night. May’s Teen Night will be Fun at the Field! Celebrating the opening of the Field of Dreams\, teens will have the opportunity to explore all that the complex has to offer!
