Teen Night: Fall Fun

Children’s Specialized Hospital’s Activity Connection provides a monthly drop-off social & recreation program for teens and young adults ages 13-21 with special healthcare needs & diverse abilities. Our Recreational Therapists and community recreation staff & volunteers provide structured & unstructured social and leisure activities to promote peer interaction and fun! Siblings and friends of all abilities are welcome to join. Teens can expect to meet and get to know their peers, engage in group activities, and learn new games & skills! Please note this is a drop-off program, and the annual Activity Connection Forms must be completed during registration if not done so already.

Participant Criteria:
– Able to participate in a group activity
– Independently mobile (including while seated in a wheelchair)
– Ability to follow simple verbal and visual instructions

This Month:
Teen Night Fall Fun! Teens can enjoy fall and Thanksgiving-themed activities with friends! Teens can expect to engage with peers, share Thanksgiving traditions, and enjoy a fun Friday night.
